So you want me to open up my mind,
You wish to see the pain and grind,
I’ve always tried to hide it from everyone,
Coz whom I’ve shown, I’ve lost that person,
Why do you want to nurse my injuries?
Why read pages from dead diaries?
I know you really care for me,
But don’t change yourself,
Coz I like what you are - carefree.
Don’t make me laugh, my cheeks pain,
I can’t be like you, I can’t even feign,
There is ice between us that has to break,
I don’t want to be with you for namesake,
Don’t come close, try not to feel me,
I dislike the touch, I feel its ugly,
You made a mistake and I hate you,
I’m sorry to say but I don’t find you true,
You’ve lost my faith and me,
Be happy now, I set you free.
